YSC Travel Soccer is a competitive club soccer program that values skill development, sportsmanship and teamwork above winning. Weekly league play is organized through the Northern New England Soccer League. 

Ages

The York Soccer Club (YSC) Travel Soccer Program is for players with birth years 2009-2015.  If your child is younger and you feel he or she is ready for a more competitive experience than our Early Development Program provides, please contact travel program coordinator Matt Schmid at matthew.schmid@yorksoccerclub.com to discuss options.

Practice and Game Schedules

Once travel teams are formed, coaches will contact families with their team rosters as well as practice and game schedules.  Practices will occur two times during the week and our NNESL scheduled games are on the weekends.  We will be competing against Southern Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire teams. 

How much does registration for travel cost?
Travel registration is $200.00 per player and includes a Seacoast United Soccer clinic in August and a new travel uniform (jersey and shorts).

What gear do I need to provide for my player?
Each player should have a water bottle, shin guards, soccer socks and soccer cleats (baseball style spiked cleats are prohibited). 

How are teams formed?
Travel teams are created based on birth year to align with league protocol.
